Gary Merry is a major figure in the cyber security industry, with over 25 years of experience as a leader in creating successful cyber risk management teams, cyber protection software and risk mediation solutions. Gary has guided such major corporations as Jos. A. Bank Clothiers as both the CIO and their Executive Vice President of Operations where is credited with leading their growth to over $900 M in revenue and becoming one of the world’s largest clothiers. Gary has also served as the CEO of several important cyber risk firms, including Deep Run Cyber Security, SocialToaster, Carson & SAINT Corp and, most recently, Social Profiler. Gary is widely credited with establishing the science of managing “operational cyber security” which provided tools and processes to measure and mitigate cyber risk that occurred via outside of network and IT. Gary is very active in the cyber security world serving as the Co-Chairman of the GlobalCISO Leadership Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing mentor-driven, quality education for cybersecurity professionals. Gary is also a member of the Advisory Board for CyberVets.org, a group that helps veterans to pursue careers in cyber security by equipping them with knowledge, skills, and opportunities
In joining SOClogix, Gary will bring new products and processes focused on revolutionizing Pen testing, risk mitigation, and other aspects of the SOClogix product offerings. Ken Chodnicki has been a leader in helping firms rapidly grow their revenue via the creation and implementation of sales processes. Ken has over 25 years of successful experience in industries that include IT software and consulting, cyber start-ups, and consulting. His successes include firms such as IBM, Constellation Energy, Deep Run Cyber Security and others. Ken worked with IBM Global Services creating products from proprietary intellectual property processes. Ken served as the Senior Vice President and General Manger for energy company Constellation NewEnergy where he grew the division from $350 M to $750 M in under three years. Ken has been heavily involved in PE backed rapid growth companies for the last decade. Ken specializes in developing sales processes that help firms quickly and profitably increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and capture market share. Ken has served as President and COO of an IT Service provider and Chief Commercial Officer of several IT consulting firms and services firms.
