Shield is built in three layers. The Shield Platform is a flat monthly fee per organization covering the SOC, monitoring infrastructure and the Shield Portal. Shield Coverage is priced on the unit it protects - per endpoint, identity, mailbox, sensor or workload. Shield Engagements, such as penetration testing, vCISO advisory and incident response, are always scoped and quoted separately, never bundled into a subscription tier.

Our SOC operates 24/7/365. Threats detected outside business hours are handled the same way as those detected during the day. Critical alerts are escalated to on-call analysts and, when needed, to your designated contacts.
